        Core 300 is fantastic, great atmosphere & great instructors who are definitely masters of their craft. Best choice I made by choosing Core 300 to loose some weight instead of using a conventional gym. Using Core 300 really opened my eyes and showed me there is a science to body transformation using both specific exercises and diet. I will definitely be staying on with these guys not just because of the results but also the social aspect of the gym as there is a great culture and ethos of support throughout the gym between members and staff which really is a comfort to those who are on a journey to body transformation. Well done Carl and the team, kudos to the great fitness environment you have created.
