Lorlec Ltd

I had the misfortune of meeting Brian Lord some months back. Our company sent parts to Lorlec for processing, within a limited time line. The agreed date was not only missed by Lorlec, but upon collecting the parts to be processed elsewhere, we were forced to pay a 'ransom' of 100 to have the parts released back to us! Lorlec's employees (lovely fellas) advised me that Brian Lord regularly made commitments to clients with neither the ability, or intention, of delivering on those commitments. Throughout our discussion, Brian Lord was abusive, foul mouthed and generally obnoxious (we've seen this word a few times on his reviews). My advice: Steer well clear. p.s. Unfortunately, I've had to award one star for this review to process (it will not accept zero stars)

Had my Velocette exhaust chrome plated by Lorlec a few years ago and to this day it is still in excellent condition. More recently had my wheels done and they were equally as good, plus Lorlec even dropped them off at my house as I could not collect due to major surgery recovery. Much appreciated. Mudguards next fellas! Prices very reasonable, but be patient as they have bigger customers with deadlines.
