From my experience, I would advise to AVOID, they were unable to deliver in the timescale as advised, so I cancelled part of the order that we required urgently and bought elsewhere (flat roof smoke vents) this was cancelled via email well before their dispatch date. Weeks later when we were to receive the other roof windows, I had been advised that they did not receive any cancelation email from me and that all windows would be delivered as originally purchased and that there would be no refund. I refused the 2 windows that were cancelled and did not accept deliver or any liability on these. Order was placed 28/6/22 and delivery 1/08/22 and today still no refund, looks like legal action moving forwards as the value is in the thousands.

Liars, really rude. Make sure everything is in writing if you use them.

When one of my skylight windows stopped working due to what I thought was a snapped chain, the customer service and Dan were so helpful. Dan reasured me that it was nothing serious and told me what i needed to do to resolve it. Definitely recommend.
