        I called twice for the service / warranty dept to find a replacement pump for a failed ten year old 4094930 / 09W15. I pressed option 2 for service dept, the first call was 30 mins with background music. I gave up on the 2nd call after 20 mins, you don't know if your 10th or 1st in call queue. I'll investigate other manufacturers.
