Used their services for our first house purchase, we have to say we were very disappointed with the service and incredibly glacial pace of the process. We are entirely aware of course house purchases are long and arduous however using this service added an unwanted layer of stress to an already stressful process. Had to chase, chase and chase again before any progress was made each time. Alongside, any time you rang, you were told Rachael was in a meeting, there is only so many times this is actually believable, and happened over and over again, this was weeks and weeks at a time that would go by with no progress unless we push push push and push again for something to happen. If you are first time buyer look elsewhere.

Really bad experience, all i asked was a few phone calls back and didn't get them. Then they said they never said they was going to call back. Otherwise they forgot or couldn't be bothered

You need to book appointment. Not that friendly reception staff for other nationality clients
