Went for a bottomless brunch, first time here as it is they have only just started. Food great however customer service initially good but the bottomless side not so great. On one occasion spent 20 mins trying to get staffs attention for re fill and ignored till the last minute. Took over 15min of the 90 mins to ask for the order and which option we were choosing and another 10 mins to actually bring the prosecco, so not 90mins as advertised. Really not worth the extra for the bottomless. They need to look at the other businesses that offer the same in the area. Hopefully they will improve but we will not be going back anytime soon as they seemed more interested in the larger party in the middle of the restaurant, than the smaller groups. Customer service didn't even want to address the situation when it was brought up at the end.
