Right order a few shakes and smoothies absolute waste of money nor the shake or the smoothie was worth the money ordered a kulfi tower shake which tasted like someone just blended vanilla with milk 7.99 ridiculous absolute rob called up and the manager agreed they put too much vanilla milkshake avoid avoid avoid !!

Ordered from Sweet retreat and this is what they sent.. Cheese cake with mould . They tried t offer a free item and didnt want to refund the money. Absolutely shocking and wont be using them again. Cant add a photo for some reason but have the evidence

Came in with the Mrs and kids and ordered. Normally I opt out of eating dessert and just have a spoonful of what they ordered. Anyway I had a spoonful of my wife's Knickerbocker Glory Sundae which she ordered and I was definitely impressed!!! I ended up eating all her sundae it was that good!!! O We We

I used to rate sweet retreat n was gutted when it closed. Last 2 orders I've made something always wrong!!! Last time they forgot my brownie and yeah they sent another but loooong wait for it. This time My order was with the delivery driver for 25 mins before it arrived... compeltely wasnt paying attention and went to the wrong house number twice. This time my milkshake doesn't have any sauce neither can you taste the mint (ran out of mint areo used balls?) The crepe was cold and chewed even the chocolate on top was stale and inside. The cookie dough wasn't fully cooked either. Definitely getting worse especially since re-opened.
