Aniko is simply incredible. She helped me release my lower back pain through Hypnotherapy. I've had lower back pain for over a year. My MRI came back clear, so I knew my pain was psychological which was showing up as physically as pain. I asked Aniko to help me. She created a safe space for my subconscious mind to address the issue. 30 mins later I had the answer as to what I needed to do to release the pain. I committed to the work and literally 3 days later my pain was gone. 1 year of pain, gone in 3 days. I now have the self awareness knowing that I hold on to stress, anger and all those low vibration energies in my lower back. I now have the tools to do the work on myself. Thank you Aniko.
