I completed the C9 meal plan followed by the F15 and have lost 2 stone since March. I use the aloe gel drink which has helped with aches and pains. I also use several of the other products including moisturiser, soap and heat cream. Lorraine is very knowledgable about the products and is great at delivering them when I need them.
