I brought my Fiesta to service here last year and all went smooth so brought it back this year but it seems they are short on cash or something because as i pointed out in my online booking note, that there may be a problem with my wheel geometry they offered immediately to do an investigation which would cost 120 per hour (but if the problem found in the first hour it would cost 60 or something similar), i replied with: nevermind i can bring it somewhere else where they will check it, they replied with: they might find the problem with the included service wheel safety check, which annoyed me a little for obvious reasons. Before bringing it in for the service i emptied my car and i moved my seats in order to remove comfortably all my accessories to facilitate their mobility while working so i know for a fact the seat railing worked fine. The morning after i go to move my seat and it doesnt work at all, it will not budge at all, so i bring it over again to understand if they can resolve the issue they created, they tell me that they wrote on the report that during the visual check they noticed it was not working, and now they wanted 120 just to inspect it and find the problem with it, obviously you do not need an investigation to realise the problem is with the railing, i was shocked when asked that i needed to pay and quite embarassed for them, luckily after talking to customer service they called me in to have a look at the problem for free and indeed fixed it. Edit: they solved my problem in the end after i made my position known.

The staff I spoke to were polite and respectful but tried unsuccessfully to help resolve the issue by putting the emphasis on myself to source the part number.
