If only every agency was as smooth to work with as BluesPoint. You can tell how on the ball someone is with the communication. Effective at the start. Very little need during the role and amicable during the end. Simply perfect.

Matt was extremely accommodating, supportive and helpful. A real testament to the service that Bluespoint offers. I cant thank him enough, my experience was both enjoyable and fruit-full, as the day after my mock interview with Matt I completed my interview and have since been offered the role.

After being made redundant in October 2020, I have been in recent contact with several recruitment agencies with the hopes of getting a job. Before this, I had dealt with recruitment agencies both as a job seeker and as a client. Let's be honest - recruitment agencies are often seen by many as being anything from vermin to tolerable and in many cases, this is probably justified. My past experiences [with other recruiters] range from failing to call me back to enticing me onto their books over coffee for a job that wasn't available. As a potential client, many recruiters continuously called despite them being told that no positions were available. This wasn't my experience with Blues Point. Right from the start, Steph was honest and went out of her way to answer questions for my benefit. As a person that likes to be kept in the loop, confirmation emails related to even seemingly minor updates were appreciated. As a job seeker, you are essentially a resource to a recruiter but I felt like a person throughout the process. Whilst I can't comment on Blues Point from a client point of view, I'm certain the values and level of service would remain. Thanks Steph for helping me not only land the job but change career in the uncertain times of Covid.
