Our contact details were passed onto AAV Systems Ltd. by one of our other Preferred Companies that we have used in the past and will continue to use in the foreseeable future The initial contact was made by Phil when he telephoned us, I briefly gave him an idea of what we wanted to achieve and a budget to work with in order for him to supply and fit a secure locking device system on our main access gate to our home address. Within two hours Phil arrived in person to carry out an inspection at our address, a few suggestions were made and I asked Phil to provide me with a firm quote and make/suggest any final refinements that he thought would be beneficial to the system. Three days later we received an extremely detailed quote containing all of the actual manufacturers makes and model numbers of each and every component that Phil was intending to use on our installation. I had no reservations in accepting the quote in full and agreed to the Terms and Conditions involved, a confirmation date/time was agreed for the installation. Phil duly arrived on time as per the agreement and commenced work immediately, each question raised answered in a polite professional manner. A Professional attitude from the start to the finish, neat, tidy, no mess whatsoever and each piece of the jigsaw installed at the correct level, squarely and securely, a tradesman with great pride in his workmanship. I would have no reservations in recommending AAV Systems Ltd. & Phil Parkes to anyone considering an installation from their extensive services portfolio.

I highly recommend Phil and AAV. Phil installed our CCTV system a couple of years ago and helped with maintaining it. Recently we took the decision to extend the CCTV system and also install a hard wired CAT5 network into our house. Phil's advice and recommendations were invaluable and he then completed the work very quickly and efficiently. We now have a very neat and discrete system installed, which is exactly what we were after. We couldn't be happier.
