Had an issue with a blockage in a soil pipe called Uk DRAINAGE to come and have a look. They turned up as advised and after cctv inspection advised me a piece of the drain had broken causing the blockage. The two guys who came explained everything in detail and answerd any questions i had. I had a call back the following day from the boss dave who was absolutely fantastic and gave me a very reasonable price and also helped me out a lot. The following day the two guys Dean and Sam turned up and carried out the repair to a very high standard and explained to me step by step what they was doing. Not only did they do the work they both kept me entertained and had a laugh and joke. Both Dean and Sam are a credit to UK Drainage and i couldnt be happier with the work they carried out. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend uk drainage to anyone. Also a big thankyou to Dave for looking after me in a situation i wasnt expecting .I for sure know no other companys would do this and i had a couple of them who came out. We had an issue with a hidden/buried drain in our back gardenfrom the initial telephone conversation to completion of the issue the company and staff were amazing..not only was the communication easy but we were kept in the picture outside normal working hoursthe job was finished to a very high standard and very quickly..,all I can say is if you have a drainage issue make sure these guys are first point of contact!

The guys at UK Drainage were extremely helpful, quick to respond and the lads that came out were a credit to the company all whilst using appropriate ppe and following social distancing guidelines! Cannot recommend highly enough and I will definitely use them again in the future!
