Absolute joke, been ringing all day to speak to someone about my medical records. There are 4 options and when I got through just no response, just listening to music nothing. Why are they shut at 1pm when most doctors shut at 6pm. Not impressed

I want to share my experience in communicating with a doctor and a receptionist. Disgusting attitude towards people and their requests. The doctor prescribed drops for a child of one month, which are prescribed for children over two years old, when I started reading the instructions, there were more side effects than in the medicines of the world. when we went to talk to the doctor to prescribe new drops that could be available from birth, we were kicked out of the clinic with a scandal and closed the reception windows in front of us, not even allowing us to talk to the doctor. this is the relationship...

My dad was refused an appointment - he then passed away a few days later a complaint has been made. He was also prescribed fungal cream for burst heart capillaries.

When you try to call them, the phone just rings saying the line is busy. Either they didn't update their phone number or they don't want calls.

I tried to called for an appointment all day, many times but no answer, phone is beeping like busy and than is stopped the call. Can't get them.
