    A few years ago I travelled to attend a scheduled.appointment after moving away and tavelling 180 miles ...to receive a call minutes before saying it was cancelled .

    Just turned up for an appointment to be told its been cancelled?! They didnt let us know just told us as we arrived. This also happened to my dad a few months back he travelled 30 mins to be told his app had been cancelled. It's disgusting that this can happen especially in a pandemic. Why are they not ringing customers to inform of cancellation. Also a couple of years back I asked to be moved to the bottom floor as I had a baby in a pram and they would not accommodate. Normally have you climb 2 steep flights of stairs which was impossible with a baby and pram. They told me to leave my pram downstairs but in today's times it wouldnt of been safe. Just such an unaccomodating dentist such poor service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
