Having not seen a dentist in eight years due to a very bad experience I had to register with a new dentist. Having sensitive teeth causing me great pain Tim my allocated Dentist put me at my ease and performed 2 fillings and a root removal. Cant recommend enough.

Had an emergency extraction today! As they know Im petrified of dentists they were amazing! Reassured me the whole way even though my tooth was a hard one! Thank you so much to the staff!

I tried to register with this surgery. It only took 4 months for the manager to ring me back. After I finally registered, few weeks later I needed an emergency appointment as my tooth cracked and I was in a lot of pain. When I rang the surgery, I was told by very unsympathetic receptionist that I have to wait for 6 weeks until after my first appointment to have the emergency appointment. I was left in pain. I sent a message to the surgery to complain but no one bothered to get back to me. This surgery is not interested in helping their patients. Even if you do eventually get through to them or they get back to you after 4 months, they are not willing to help people or treat patients. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I definitely would not recommend Sixteen A Dental Care in Swadlincote to anyone looking for dental care as they simply don't care!
