I have reported the potholes on A527 (Biddulph) between Aldi roundabout and Sainsbury's roundabout so many times I have lost count, many months later nothing has been done and they are getting worse. Drivers slalom round them its gone beyond a joke, damage to cars is inevitable and potential accident risk. Everything has to be done online, tried to speak to someone, no chance just get automated instructions. Waste of time.

Appalling phone manner on the parking side, rude and down right nasty no wonder everyone hates the Council. The parking permit idea is like a protection racket residence should park free! But your a business in disguise arent you Staffordshire county council robbing the working people.

Awful customer service, no point complaining as they will classify it as a comment rather than a review of service. 2 year to unblock a drain and a report service which falls way below fit for purpose. Fancy a giggle phone them and ask to speak to someone. Its no wonder services are so awful.
