        Council employees are some of the most unprofessional kind, arrogant bullies who know their employer, as a rule of thumb, won't do anything about any matter concerning citizens, so they just bend the rules within their community as they please.

        I have big mold situation in my bed room in been in my property for 6moths and still no one has been to see to it and got a 3 months baby who could get really ill from this

        Although they do respond, the level of professionalism is pathetic & I strongly believe there are people in positions here who have no idea how to do their job. As somebody who is homeless, I shouldn't have to stress the idea of them upping my banding & repeatedly explaining myself in emails. Pathetic!!
