Great products and Customer, service ordered a number of Products from them, one of which was the Ladder stabilising legs, one of the turn wheels threading seemed a bit off and was difficult to turn, I called up the Customer service number and said theyd send me out a replacement, two days later I received a complete set. Excellent and quite frankly refreshing, pity the Cowboys who manufacture the ladder it is being attached to (Lyte) arent as customer focused a 300 pro ladder turns up with a load of the Rubber cap ends missing.. the response from their customer service theyre only for Shipping we dont replace them.. Its just a pity BWT dont make ladders as well highly recommended.
