        I have been a customer of Normans since buying my first Euphonium back in 1995 , they actually brought it to my home so i could try it out first ....brilliant service. I also bought my daughters and youngest sons first Trombone and cornet from you and have used Normans now and again untill the present day . The service is great , no problems , everything i buy through the post is always well packed and delivered on time as promised , well satisfied , many thanks .

        Seen an amazing offer. Wanted it before Christmas so, i rang and spoke to a really helpful girl. "Yes, thats correct," I actually spoke to a real live person. She was ever so helpful, My order arrived 2 days later. I'm really pleased with it and them.
