Despite the cashiers and normal staff who are wonderful and helpful, the managers of this place are corrupt. They made up lies about me (i still don't know why) and then allowed me back into the shop, which I then only used twice for very quick transactions as being in there was triggering my ptsd. The third time I went in, a manager tried to becon me over to the staff room. Out of fear, I dropped my basket and said I'm only here to buy this please just let me do it and go:" she then approached me at the checkout area slapping me with a 3 month ban. I have a disabled child, they know this. I have mental health issues of my own, they know this. Before that I'd complained about their fluctuation of mask prices. Day 1 they were 5, then the day after the prime minister made it mandatory to wear a mask, they increased it to 7, and then when I complained online to main tesco, the prices went back down to 5. A week later it was 6.50, a week after that 7 again, causing me to complain for a second time. The managers also take away their own tesco brand items and replace them with branded ones at twice the price. I could go on, but I won't. I'll save it for formal contact with the stores managers
