*****DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY***** Absolute joke, this company will be taken for what they are worth and trust me thats not much! Andrew Kay doesn't do a thing. Just promises things will be done and then nothing actually happens. Then he ignores you and you never hear from him again. Calling the office doesn't help either as all Neil Roberts says is he will give him the message, but we have never once received a call back. *****DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY***** We will be persuing legal action and NHBC are already involved with a few things to help us get some of the attrocious work complete! All our neighbours are having the same issue in getting jobs done and contacting Andrew Kay! Shame I can't give ZERO stars!

I hope your new build doesn't have any snagging as the after care for customers is appalling once they've got your money. The man in the office has no interest in arranging the snagging list to be completed and to be honest can be quite arsey at times. We've been in the Ilkeston site near 3 years now and still have no tarmac, haven't seen anyone on site in months. We've got settlement cracks and a leaking bathroom yet We've been left to pay for this out of our own pocket despite many times being told we will organise someone to come and sort it. It's a real buzz kill as first time buyers to be let down like this so don't fall for the same trap as us.

Andrew Goodhall promises the earth when you buy the house, all snagging to be done etc. The reality is he hasn't answered the phone in +6 months. Refuses to pay call out costs that he should cover and basically lies to get the sale. If you call the office then they just laugh and say it's not their problem. All neighbour's confirmed the same thing too - he's a double glazing salesman.
