        Special mention to Connie Austin. Very professional in her approach, from start to finish. We had to meet some unexpected deadlines, which we wouldn't have been able to, if it wasn't for Connie's organisation skills. She even went above and beyond and contacted me on her annual leave to ensure that this issue was resolved when I was having issues with transport. I would highly recommend EGO Technology for anyone requiring waste disposal/recycling. Thank you Connie! I look forward to continuing working with you.

        The collection of our IT equipment was fairly straight foward and prompt. The processing of said equipment was very quick also. Correspondence with the company was good and they were quick to respond with any queries that I had.

        The whole process was made really easy. The hardware we were selling was collected by EGO and we received payment within a few days. While being processed Connie gave top class service to keep us up to date with phone calls and regular emails. EGO also have a portal where you can track your order and pick up all the documentation (like certificates of destruction) which was handy. Would use them again when we have more hardware to get sell. Highly recommended.
