Myriad Tech - Phone Fix

Phil has done a few jobs for me in the past - and has been honest and pragmatic when he could have charged for a repair but advised I'd be better spending a little more money on a replacement. This week he excelled himself - my iMac had failed completely (Fusion Drive was dead in the water). He collected, replaced the drive and restored data from my TimeMachine backup. iMac is now flying! Highly recommended - extremely competent, very polite & friendly!

Absolutely fantastic service from Phil! Provided a great service repairing my old iMac with a pick up service and quick turnaround for repair to replace blown internal power supply. Also offered another service that would greatly benefit me whilst the computer was opened up, therefore reducing overall charges for both services. This was to replace the slow, old fashioned hard drive with a much faster, silent Solid State Drive. This has given my old iMac a new lease of life; it now feels like a new iMac in comparison and was done for a very, very reasonable cost. Phil also attempted at no extra cost to retrieve data from an external hard drive that broke at the same time as the iMac and had become corrupted. Cannot recommend Phil enough - did a great job and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout!
