Staff and cleaning services are acceptable for the high charges you will pay the franchise owners response however to any questions relating to moving dates or queries regarding your clean is extremely poor. Basically they dont accept criticism . so they clearly are oversubscribed and cannot cope with changes to their schedule . Being a business woman myself for over 30 years . I believe the customer care should be a business priority these franchises do not think that way. So only employ their services if you do not wish to change anything from the moment they start as they will simply become unresponsive and negative if you do. The cleaners in my opinion should work for a better orchestrated organisation Services: Deep clean, Cleaning

AVOID THIS COMPANY Terrible service, nothing was cleaned at all. Basic marks like coffee stain on a windowsill and water marks on the hob were left. Literally couldnt even tell theyd been and we paid 150. The end of tenancy clean which was so poor that we have been further charged by our letting agents for cleaning. Complained to the company and were told that results can not be guaranteed. To pay 150 for a deep clean and they didn't even wipe down the counters? Disgusting. (booking was made under my partners name hence why they 'can't find the booking' but rest assured we did use this terrible service. Service: Deep clean

Rob Dawson was extremely helpful and clearly explained about the cleaning services available that would suit my needs. The cleaning team arrived on time and did a first class job, which exceeded expectations. We used molly maid to carry out weekly cleans at our house. To start the company were ok although they would show up late and short of staff. Gradually the standard became so poor that we complained and a representative was sent out and she agreed that the standard was terrible. They offered to come back and clean again but we refused and terminated out arrangement. There are a lot of better companies to choose from. I would strongly advise others against using this company.
