The women who arranges the bookings is dreadful. The sweep was a very nice guy but i can't comment on his work as he was called away from my house before he started the job!! On the first occasion a fixed time was agreed but the sweep turned up early and for whatever reason didn't wait for appointed time. I re-arranged the visit, again at a fixed time and again the sweep arrived early, fortunately I arrived home as i received the call from the company. The Lady (Eve - I think) completely distorted the booking telephone conversation, but as the sweep was in my house and about to start i let it go, but she phoned back and wanted to continue to make her point. The final straw was when she said "i hope you have the cash to pay the sweep". I told her that part of the conversation she had made abundantly clear on both occassions when i booked an appointment but the final straw was when she then told me it was going to cost 55.00, not the 50.00 that she had previously quoted!!! She got very angry and said some ridiculous things and then called the sweep away before the job was completed. A surreal experience, use anybody else but Kleen Sweep Co!!!
