        Went in to enquire about a service, the lady was so rude and short with. Felt so bad for going and about to five my custom to them

        An exceptionally rude female member of staff served me on 03/02/23. Was rude from the moment she appeared at the counter, seemed very put out that I hesitated slightly as I was unsure if another customer was waiting to be served before me. Snapped because I didnt understand a question she asked me. Told me she was busy and in a rush- no excuse to be rude to customers. Overall a terrible experience, will never use this service again.
