TWS completed a full garage conversion for us in Apr'22. From initial contact right through to works being planned, carried out & completed the communication was excellent, planning & project management was perfect & the end result was exactly what we wanted & completed to a very high standard. Tim & Sam worked diligently throughout & highlighted everything to us so we were informed at every stage & managed a good few last minute changes that were totally down to us as customer. Genuinely cannot recommend TWS enough, so professional & a pleasure to have around whilst works were carried out. I won't hesitate asking Tim & his team to come back & assist with future projects. Tim supplied and installed 17 oak doors and new oak and glass bannisters. What makes TWS special is that Tim provided a full service, from our initial contact to signing off on the project, we didnt need to do anything other than make choices. Its a big thing to hand over a significant amount of money and the security of your home to someone you dont know. But, I had every trust in Tim from Day One and he didnt disappoint. Tim is not only a talented carpenter but he puts client satisfaction at the heart of his work. At the end of every day, Tim sent me a progress update with photos as I was at work. You can see the pride that Tim takes in his work which made our project feel special and made for a really positive client experience. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Tim (& Sam).
