I booked my car in for the same evening for the pet clean which was excellent as there was no long wait. I had a technical issue with the website and so my booking didnt go through however when I called, the guy was very apologetic and said he would arrange for someone to come out that evening still. He did this and called me back within 10 minutes to give me a timeframe. Excellent service from the outset! We had Christopher who came to clean the car. Even though it was later and the car was estimated to take 3.5 hours which would have meant him finishing work late, he was not fazed by this and checked if we had the time for him to do it. Really lovely guy, excellent service and the car looks beautiful! We have a husky and so fur gets everywhere but theres not a trace of it this morning.
