Not sure where to start from as the issue is still going on after 13 months of buying my Ford edge. After a week of buying the car which cost me 30k with care plan the car had issue with the hand break which I took the car in to have this fixed. Then a week later the I had the issue with the drivers heated seats and cooling. Reported this to them and said will get back to me came back and forth with this got in touch with the store manger Leonard explained to him the situation and advised me to forward him the emails which I did and confirmed with him he received them and would get back in touch with me I called him back two weeks later to remind him and said he had forgot and would have a look and get back to me 3 weeks later i still havent heard anything I have sent few emails and still no reply and not heard anything. Rang the head office they did not care at all made a complaint and when they got back to me they said it has been 13 months now and they cant do anything. Worst experience ever would never deal with them again.

He is extremely professional, polite and welcoming and it was a pleasure to purchase my car from him and I will definitely to coming back to see him if I change my car again in the future. What AMAZING customer service!! Nothing is too much trouble. Liam took so much time helping me select my new car (which I love). He took hours making sure I was happy with my choice, making sure I got the best deal and only the extras I wanted/needed, explaining everything clearly. Ive had cause to go back over a minor issue and again nothing was too much trouble for Liam. He organised for someone to collect my car from my work, sort the problem and deliver the car back to me. And kept in touch to ensure I knew what was happening. If I could give Liam more than 5 stars I would. And I will certainly be going to Arnold Clark for my next car and recommending them to anyone needing a new car. Fabulous!
