Nigel is an honest and proper car salesman. I traveled 3 hours on the train to collect the car personally and was collected from the local train station. Upon inspection I noted a small / medium dent on the rear bumper on the car, which was not noted on the advert. Nigel was fair with this, saying it had been missed and knocked off a small amount off the agreed price to allow me to get it corrected. A week or so after bringing the car home, I noted it had a minor issue re rev counter not running smooth on lower revs. I contacted Nigel to report this and he advised me to book the car into my local garage and update him to their inspection of the issue and he would sort the bill. A small split in the main turbo pipe was detected and replaced - issue fixed. I sent a copy of the invoice to Nigel and he refunded me the same day. Have no concerns buying a car from here.
