Really disappointed with the customer service so unprofessional, I rang in multiple times.. I know the reception hours are only from 9 till 2.30 still it would take me to ring 4 to 5 times for them to answer I would tell him I've rang in so many times no one answer and he was very rude he said well am next to the phone I also have the call log to prove it anyways my item was delayed and also it was delivered to the wrong address I rang to tell him and he said I'll ring you back and find out where your item is he didn't ring me back and I rang multiple times again and no answer ridiculous! Will never purchase from here again.

Excellent service and the own brand sugarpaste is superb. I had never made a black cake before so it was a challenge but using LCO sugarpaste it easy.

Appalling customer services. Received a damaged cake board and was told to email with photos. Not heard from them in over a week despite numerous emails and phone messages left.

Been using Lco for about 7 years always been fabulous.. staff are lovely always go above and beyond.. Prices are brilliant too xx
