I had the ultimate b/f, my friend had the standard one. Portions were good & tasty, but most items were tepid at best! Biggest criticism, the cutlery, especially the forks, was dirty & still food stained & some cups weren't as clean as should be expected. Not acceptable with such an established company, doubt I'll use it again!

Worst service ever. Ignorant workers, 4 times walked by as we stood at till. Not a word from them, even when the woman came and took a menu from the till to show a girl , she still never said , ill be with you in a minute. Finally a bloke with glasses served us, no apology for the wait, nothing. Went to order food and was told 30 minute wait. The place was not surprisingly empty. When we said we would just just have a drink he slammed the change down on the counter even though my wife was holding her hand out. Didn't say thank you or anything. If this is the best the cafe can do then it needs closing down. Won't visit again and will now shop at Sainsbury's. I suggest you invest in a proper manager and train the staff properly or sack them. Also the place was filthy.
