Accused of dropping a cigarette, I don't smoke and was holding the unlit cigarette for a friend whilst they put their granddaughter into the car seat, as I opened the door the wind blew it from my hand and I went to pick it up for her when we were approached. After being told I had discarded a cigarette for which I replied that's a bit hard as I don't smoke he then gave my friend the Fixed Penalty. There is NO way you can talk to customer service, everything is automated disgusting

Be aware these people are the worst and low life ,staff lie just to get money out of people even if you didn't litter. Windsor officer even accused children of smoking on a coach ...why do are council always get these types of criminal in...im a great supporter in protecting our environment but using company's like this open the door for a bigger crime ,conning the public out of there money??????

They are worst. I paid for parking from bank card and validated my car reg, after 1 week received a letter of pcn that didn't make payment and have to pay fine. Went to appeal and provided card transaction details but appeal was rejected then appealed to IAS which was rejected as well, now I have to pay full amount of 70 instead of 35. Quite worst company just stealing money from people pocket. It is frustrating that you have made payment of parking and still getting pcn.

Absolutely appalling company To work for. Please steer well clear Of this company. Honestly they treated me so badly and they owe me 8 months of holiday pay that I never received when I left. Never took a days holiday when I was there.
