The most incompetent company to deal with I ever have, after an accident that wasnt my fault, they offer me a car replacement, at this point I was going on holiday and offer to repair my car while I was on holiday and they can save money on the car replacement. I visited the garage for a valuation and arrange for them to pick up my car the day before going on holiday, even I called Linda Knight and remind her that I was going in holiday to be sure that everything is organized to pick up my car. Well finally No Body show to pick my car When I can back she try to arrange car replacement, but she finished saying that is not possible as is too expensive, then she offer me a loose of earnings instead, which I was not happy with but I accepted to be paid instead 120.00 per day during my car repair. They took 6 days as again nothing was organized and the parts arrive late. Now nearly 3 month later after the accident and chasing them in numerous occasions, they did not pay my loose of earnings and when I asked then they do not know when the payment is going through. Im putting my case in a claim company so they will deal with this incompetents and unreliable people. If you come across with this company go straight away to a claim company so they can deal with this kind of people.

Active Fleet Solutions trains its employees to discriminate against "foreign people" (in their own words) as they believe Non-British customers are more likely to be committing fraud. Once the call taker has been alerted to a caller's "foreign sounding name" (their own words), the call taker must look for key indicators of fraud, listing the customers "foreignness" as a possible indicator.
