Ive been working with Mark since August. From our regular face to face meetings and our phone catch ups Mark is there to help and guide you. These are always followed up with an email action plan in readiness for the next meeting which have helped me see my business in a new light. Occasional full day catch ups to work on key topics if needed can leave you with brain ache as they are full on, but in a good way. Whilst there is a step by step process to go though time is not spent on a section if its not relevant to your business or if its something you are au fait with already - although if there is room for some improvement this will be touched on. So still more education to come but I know Mark will be there to support me through the learning and implementation
