Today was my second visit, when I was helped by Fiona-what a customer service she provides: always with a smile, suggests improvements to your services, helped me to move one of my accounts, prints out a mini statement just to explain things. I cant fault anything and I am almost looking forward to have a reason to go to this branch-not my favourite past time, but you get my gist.
