Had constant issues with original pinter such as leaking taps and brewing docks. Covered the garage floor in beer several times and most brews result in froth not beer. Now got pinter 2 sat unopened as a present from Christmas thinking it's not worth the hassle especially as now a safety risk. R and D dept have let down a promising enterprise

Got a Pinter and 2 fresh presses from a friend as a gift. Brewed up some Pilsner was easy and very nice. Second fresh press for a pale ale went off started fermenting. Contacted them on 24th May they promised a replacement but one month later nada despite them saying a replacement was being sent as a priority. Great concept, beer tastes great but their customer service and shipping times suck! Ok since posting this I got the replacement and ordered another fresh press. All turned out good they experienced some shipping issues but are back on track. Can't fault the product or the process. Tastes great!

The Pinter product has a huge amount of flaws such as: Creating mainly froth rather than beer, doesn't brew leaving a sweet nasty liquid rather than beer, the void between the inter and outer case fills with water which won't drain out, the ridiculous tap mechanism pinches a silicon pipe which then sticks closed and you have to poke it open with a chopstick (sending liquid everywhere). When you send a mail highlighting issues you simply get a cookie cutter mail back suggesting fixes which have already discounted in your mail (which they didn't read). All in all we have spent over 300 and feel totally ripped off. Please avoid this company as they expect their customers to act as their research and development team because they don't test their products before selling them.

Terrible company which does not deliver orders and then it is impossible to get hold of customer service. When I finally got through to them, they didn't care that they hadn't met their agreements in delivering anything i'd paid for. They were rude and unhelpful. Won't use again.
