Another beautiful facial delivered by Amy. It's such a wonderful experience to go to Salon 10 and be looked after by Amy and Eden. I have been going for several months now and will continue to go for the rest of my days. It's great to have such a treat so close to home. Looking forward to my next one already. My skin feels and looks amazing and it was lovely to chat with Amy during my time there. Amy's knowledge is fantastic and has guided me on my new skin care regime. Treatments are very personal so to find someone I feel so comfortable with is a joy.

I dont normally write reviews but after this mornings experience it really has struck a cord with me. I've attended this salon multiple times since September for an eyebrow and chin wax, lovely, friendly and I thought this salon would be a regular for me. However my 4 month old became extremely poorly and I cancelled my Tuesday appointment the day before as it was touch and go as to whether I would need to seek a medical appointment. His symptoms got worse and I did in fact need a medical appointment Tuesday morning, I phoned the salon to make sure they received my cancellation and to explain the circumstances, I was thrown with the terms and conditions of needing to pay for my appointment as I cancelled within 48 hours, I was told I needed an appointment that day or they would still charge me. I'm sorry but the last thing on my mind is my eyebrows. I was still again threatened with the charge of my appointment I understand businesses lose money for people not showing up, but I showed up to all my other appointments and never did I once mess you about, this was my first cancellation and for good reason. I'm saddened that certain circumstances can not be considered by this salon. I will not be returning. Service: Waxing
