Amazing place to go and get some treatment, I get my eyebrows done here, and they look amazing after. Plus, I've had a facial done, and it was superb.

I booked a full body massage for my husband here as a birthday present and confirmed the price of the treatment and paid 20 deposit when I made the appointment as it was our first time as a customer. My husband had his appointment 2 weeks ago and really enjoyed it and wanted to book me in for a treatment myself. I noticed that when my husband got home he had paid the remaining balance of the treatment, however the price had increased which he was unaware of as it was a present. I phoned the salon to query this and was advised by the receptionist that the manager Natasha would give me a call. Natasha contacted me later that day and said that the prices had increased earlier that week due to energy prices going up which I can understand, however I mentioned that I had confirmed the price of the treatment when I made the booking and was not informed by email or any other means that the prices had increased so have felt a bit irritated that I haven't been informed. Natasha tried to justify this by saying that she had put the prices up on her website and in her salon, but as I had confirmed the price of the treatment over the phone, what reason would I have to check the website and why would I need to visit the salon in advance? She said I could sign up to their marketing emails so that it is more likely I could be informed but there's no link for this on any of the emails I've received. I explained that as I'd confirmed over the phone what price the treatment was, that was the price I expected to pay. In her own words, Natasha told me that if she had to honour the price I was given then she would have to honour the prices for all her other customers before the price increase, which wasn't going to happen. The price increase wasn't significant but that isn't the point! The conversation was cut off very abruptly afterwards and I'm actually wondering if I had been cut off intentionally now, I was unable to call her back as it was a private number and I had sent an email to the salon later that evening to inform them that I'd been cut off and that I was disappointed following the conversation I had with Natasha. It has been 2 weeks and I have received no email or phone call back from ATC. This whole experience has made me feel undervalued as a first time customer and quite insulted if I'm honest. It is such a shame as my husband really enjoyed his massage and said the staff were lovely, but I'm appalled by the attitude of Natasha, the salon manager. Service: Massage
