        Recently had some bike repairs done, was very impressed with the staff, saw three different people all Very friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly to me. Will definitely use this branch again in future many thanks.

        Following a excellent telephone consultation with Mat Stretton ( bike technician ) at your Burton-upon-Trent store, I decided to purchase the Boardman SLR 8.9 105. I decided to buy it online instead the store. MISTAKE. The box was damaged which set the alarm bells off. After un-packing the bike I went for a ride. After 1 minute I started hearing a rattle. On further inspection I found a loose spoke with the nipple in side the wheel rim causing the rattle. Annoyed I decided on a return. I phoned the Burton branch and spoke to Mat again. His professional, polite and apologetic manner resulted in me taking the bike to the store for him to inspect. Unfortunately Mat was on leave when I dropped it off but the manager and bike team where excellent. When I went back to pick it up I met Mat. He had carried out the repair and even serviced the brake and gear sets. The way he explained this showed his professional, enthusiastic work ethic and dispelled any worries I had on the bike. Thank you Mat and I have renamed my bike to BoardMAT. Keep up the excellent work you do.
