We have used RA Mortgages for a number of years and as a fast growing housing provider, we needed someone who could "pull out all the stops" and go above and beyond, time and time again they have proved that they can get what others can't, they have a good relationship with underwriters who understand our needs and are willing to work with us to help us grow, without Ruth's knowledge and rapport with lenders we wouldn't have achieved this and wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services.

Brilliant service, I couldn't recommend them more. As a first time buyer, Ruth answered questions above and beyond her scope as a Mortgage Consultant and was the only person who took the time to explain the process to me. In a property industry sadly filled with incompetence, it was such a relief to have a professional like Ruth behind me all the way. Despite the currently economic climate I have now purchased my first home with excellent mortgage terms and have Ruth to thank for it!

First time buyer. Ruth hand held all the way through the process, was explicit about the fees. Ruth was readily available when I had any questions and contacted me regularly with updates. Highly recommended.
