        I contacted Nick at the end of 2022 when the interest rates started to rocket up and my mortgage was set for renewal in July 2023 and I felt I had to act fast. The first thing Nick said was dont panic, we will sort this within 3 days of meeting , discussing finances etc, he had found the best rate for me and started the application for the new mortgage deal. I can honestly say without Nick I would be in serious financial difficulty if he hadnt had acted so fast and found me the best mortgage rate that suited my finances . I will without doubt use Nick again in the near future and have recommended his services to my friends.

        Well... what CANT I say about Nick? You will feel that personal, warm, kind, funny thoughtful, fast, clever, observant, thorough, switched on, professional, customer based, generous, hard working, smart & super bloke! From start, to finish. I cannot explain how difficult both myself and my sellers lawyers was during this, but nick was our saviour again and again. There's no 'I've done my job' and abandon you. There's NO "work time off time" there's no 'waiting around for replies' there's nothing but positivity, support & care with this company. I would recommend all life long, as a new buyer with ZERO knowledge of a single thing about a mortgage. I've left with the best experience and knowledge. Terrific Talevera 1 squillion stars!
