        Bad communication skills, rang up one day to enquire about bringing some soil over to which I was told, "yes we can help you, just bring it over to our site" which was 20+ miles away from our job site, next day bought a load over in the trailer which took 2 hours to load up, to then be told they don't accept soil and they can't help us, so we had to take the load back to job site and offload it all, and we couldn't charge the customer for what we did that day for obvious reasons so lost out on 15 fuel we used to get there and we lost out on 200+ wages for that day.
