        Do not purchase anything, they've stolen my money and have not given me a refund. They never provided the goods. He has blocked me on his phone number. Fraudsters. I will be contacting the police as they have now stopped communicating with me

        I ordered 2 benches and a shelf. The products are lovely but I'm so upset by the customer service. I paid 15 extra to have the width of the shelf 12cm instead of 15cm. When I got it home, I checked and it was 15cm. I got in touch and explained and was told I would have my 15 reimbursed. This was on 14th December and they have not replied to a single message since. I let it slide for a bit because of Christmas and I don't like leaving negative reviews however, I feel the lack of response is really poor and that I'm left with no other option.

        If it wasn't for the bad communication this review would have had 5 stars. The table itself was made to a high standard and was exactly what we wanted.

        Complete waste of time orderd in September Still no coffee table in November, said telephone was down , really!! Messages not replied to had to open refund case with PayPal to get my money back !!!
