Mercury Fire and Security Limited

We have a mercury alarm that started going off every hour starting at 5am last Tuesday (3 days ago). Still awaiting a call back from Mercury. Very poor. To follow-up on your very swift response to a google review: I called at 9:45am on July 19th and was promised someone would get back to me. The lady on the phone took all my details. We're not on a maintenance contract but have had you out in the past to change sensors, add new sensors etc. I guess this may have been an opportunity to sell your maintenance services. The alarm was going off every hour as I described. Maybe an older alarm so doesn't have the 3 re-arm limit as you describe. When it got to the close of office hours on Tuesday and i'd heard nothing I had to look elsewhere for a solution hence not chasing you on this. Saved me the 126 minimum call-out charge anyway.

In a world where good quality, local and small professional companies are becoming quite scarce these days it's finally nice to actually deal with a decent one at last! Superb company who installed a decent security system in one of my houses to a very professional standard. They know their stuff, prompt, tidy and charge exactly what they quote you for.
