My seller used Johnsons and Partners and I'm so happy they did. They were amazing every step of the way and always kept me informed. The girls at the Burton Joyce office were so friendly and patient and always quick to answer questions. I've told multiple people how good they were already and I will 100% be using them in future! The girls in the Burton Joyce office went above and beyond during the process of my house sale. The service they provided was nothing short of exceptional. The original valuation was realistic, not too low, or high. I,ve sold 4 homes in the past 9 years so have a resonable degree of experience and understanding of values .....& the full asking price was achieved. They did not try to offer an inflated valuation to secure my signature on the sales contract so there was no need to reduce the price later. In summary, I would say they are the best local estate agent, with genuine market insight and first class service. I highly recommend them.
