Polite welcome and quick to order but when the food eventually came out however we were sad to acknowledge to each other that both our meals weren't as hot enough. Food portions and quality not worth the 16 for my burger and around 16.50 the curry I'd have to say I've had better at a generic chain pub off the 2 for 10 menu! We should have sent it back but we were hungry and had to pick up kids! No offer of anything to compensate when we explained afterward apart from a smile and a sorry. Next time we will eat at one of the other pubs in B.Joyce / Lowdham as they're far better.

Pub Sunday roasts dont get better than this. Finally a roast as good as home. High quality meats, homemade Yorkshire puddings, pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese plenty of gravy and they do not skimp on portion sizes. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous! The staff are amazing. Very welcoming and attentive. The food is delicious. Cannot fault this place. Will definitely be going back.
