Probably not the best time to give a review but I am very frustrated. After ringing the surgery waiting for 30 mins to get cut of then trying again for another 30 mins qnd still the recorded message , I have been number one now for 15 mins, is it not bad enough you have to wait 3 weeks for a PHONE consultation then all this waiting around on the phone . Not a good recommendation very very frustrated and annoyed as its blocking my phone line up also.

After the new re-structuring that all the patients where assured would not just not impact services, would actually improve services. They have gone down hill fast. Taken a week and still counting to get my regular prescription. That as they know for an asthmatic, especially in this weather, is very important. So far they have printed the wrong one, not had a GP in yet (Wednesday) and forgot. How can they have 5 GP's and a team of support staff, but be unable to get one prescription done in a week ? and it is even more staggering when they now have 2 more practices to rely on for help and still can't do it !
