Today Louis had his assessment with Gill. Louis is normally a little shy and can take time to get to know someone before expressing himself. Gill managed to work her magic and get him to come round after around 5 minutes. What a lovely lady and amazing at what she does. Louis is looking forward to her next visit & I cant wait to see the results we get with your help. Thank you so much for a great first session Gill.

My youngest son had always had delayed speech and trouble making a large number of sounds, making it hard to understand him. After an initial chat with Laura I knew straight away we were doing the right thing getting him help as she was so knowledgeable. Laura was amazing, super friendly, fantastic with kids, very professional and extremely good at what she does. She put both me andy son at ease from the beginning, and was great at helping me to understand to ensure I could fully support him in the correct way. 3 years later and I can genuinely say I still think it's the best thing we ever did. His reading is coming on amazing and all of his teachers can't believe it when I tell them he had speech therapy when younger. The confidence he gained from speech therapy and people being able to understand him was unmeasurable. He's grown into a happy, confident and competent little boy at school and that is fully down to the speech therapy with Laura he had when younger.

Working with Laura has been fantastic. She has been supportive from my very first phone call. I cannot recommend her services highly enough. It has been amazing to see our son progress and gain confidence since we started therapy sessions. Laura is positive and friendly in her approach and has delivered sessions at home, school and online. Laura has gone above and beyond while working with us as a family. She is knowledgable, genuine and reassuring. Our son is always happy, willing and eager to participate in his sessions and Laura has worked with the school Senco, class teacher and teaching assistant so they know exactly how to support him between her visits. We are so grateful for Lauras help, advice and detailed feedback after every session. Thank you so much.

*Update 3 years later: Laura has now discharged our son due to his incredible rate of progress, under her care. Laura gives her heart and soul to this work and astutely understands each child and family's situation. She works tirelessly to help children overcome their battles, and takes a holistic approach as she recognises the huge impact speech disorders can have on a child's mental health. If we hadn't had Laura's support, our son would very probably be facing some severe anxieties now. Laura is a very kind and frank person, and a hugely experienced professional. We rate her extremely highly. Laura is first rate. She has done some superb work with our little boy. He has severe verbal dyspraxia and at 3 years old his limited speech is mostly unintelligible. She makes it fun for him to work on his speech sounds and builds up a great rapport. He has grown in confidence with his speech greatly. We can't praise her enough. We highly recommend.

I don't know if I can find the right words to do justice to just how amazing working with Laura has been. Her ability to engage with our little one and me as a parent all in the same breath is nothing short of remarkable. The change in our son over his time working with Laura from unintelligible to chatter box has been phenomenal. His sessions are always fun and the way Laura can turn games and play into learning has kept him wanting more, it was always an exciting day to see what Laura would bring with her. For us as a family the most important thing is it has never felt like work or difficult or not wanting to do it today, within moments Laura has us all engaged and playing and each week a little more progress is made. Her professional knowledge on speech and language is exemplary and we have felt in very safe hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and can't thank her enough for what she has done for us.
